XProtect Expert Base License

XProtect Expert is IP video management software (VMS) for mid-sized and large-scale installations. It is built with innovative technology designed to ensure video integrity and boost the overall performance of your hardware. In addition to camera-based Edge Storage support, XProtect Expert offers reliable, uninterrupted video recording and access through failover recording servers in the event of server failure. The software includes central management of an unrestricted number of servers, cameras and users making it the perfect choice for companies deployed across multiple locations. With multi-layered maps, alarm handling and optional integrated video wall support, XProtect Expert is also ideal for installations with active live monitoring such as warehouses and stadiums. N.B. Milestone Care Plus is mandatory for the whole XProtect Expert installation (applicable to both XPETBL and XPETDL licenses) during the first year after the initial purchase of the Base License (XPETBL). XProtect Expert Base License (XPETBL) allows the XProtect Expert server software to be installed on unrestricted Management Server (or one server cluster) and an unlimited number or Recording Servers per Software License Code. The client software can be installed on an unlimited number of workstations and at different locations. To enable AAC Audio, two AAC audio licenses are included in the Base License.
